Trainyard Koth - Train (w/ working train) koth map

First "proper" map it will be very ugly (only has dev textures and a few models) and will probably suck (but i think the train is cool)

Please reupload with a game mode string, (cp_, koth_, etc), because it will be difficult for the game to understand the game mode. Please reupload under the filename: koth_trainyard_a1a, or else it will not be played in map tests. Thank you!
