Trade Mall - remaster of classic trade_plaza map

Changes & fixes

Art-pass:

• Night theme
• Actual mall aesthetic (featured pub, cinema, boutique etc.)
• The car race area reworked from scratch -

It features kids amusement park now:

• Bumper car race
• Playgrounds
• Giant funky speakers and semi-working (only major scale d synthesizer
• Boxing arena (very original)

Functional changes:
- Added small med kits and ammo packs across the map
