Town Square Update #1

1. Fixed and added some Playerclips and Block Bullets.​
2. Added some lights to the clock tower.
3. Sounds from the clock tower play on capture.
4. Changed some tiny ammo packs to medium.
5. Some adjustments to some slopes.
6. Removed some doors.
7. Turned dev rails to prop rails.​
