http://forums.tf2maps.net/showthread.php?t=13273 Well as you can see in the voting thread Snark got 23 votes (clear winner) and then both tangent's maps got 7 (a tie) then the next one up was midget31394 with 4 votes.
If tangent's maps had not tied midget31394 would have ended up in 4th.
