Based off the Ms. Pauling voice lines from the Tough Break UPdate contracts that spoke of a "Cap Point" night club or bar that she was visiting.
2 skins, Blue and Red and they are animated.
The sign blinks to the next frame every 2 seconds.
And I know, getting the SFM models back into TF is a pain... the version I uploaded here is the proper TF2 one for mappers to use.
