tc_steel - The most complex gamemode in the most labyrinthine map. Simple!

I took the most labyrinthine map and converted it to the most complex gamemode. With such a simple explanation, sure the map is simple too. You be the judge of that. I'm busy rescuing players who got lost search for control point D.

I kind rushed this out for the April Fools 2019 gameday. I plan to update the spawn rooms and the map overview in the future.
