Currently dev textured, walls with barbed wire on them push you off but you can jump over them, water below the island is a killzone

Added cubemaps for the water, changed the background rocket's prop type so it would show up.

a3 - Layout improvements

-Added health & ammo packs which were not there before (whoops!)
-Buildings on mid are now taller to allow for better bombing with Soldier
-Added fences on mid dropdown to reduce long sightlines and make it harder for Sniper to hold that location
