Strange lag

I just randomly started getting this error today (about half of my members began getting it too). My ping stays around 40-50, but my choke goes up over 100 and I warp all over the place. When I disable in-game voice the lag goes away, but then half the fun is gone for me.

Anyone else experiencing this or know what causes it?

Edit: Fixed the problem, steam had my connection speed set to 56k and voice chat was causing the game to choke. Fixed now

Strange that that setting is reset somehow...
Question on my side: what is choke?
I had some notifications on a server like: your choke is too high.
That might be, but if I don't know what it is, then I can't fix it
