Small and Medium size edit for Urban Blast Door - small and medium sizes for the urban_blast_door prop

Adds Two new sizes of the blast door prop from Mannhattan.

Comes with skins that work with the snowycoast door textures if you have them installed, if not they will be untextured.

*Fixed collision
*changed the door frames to be double sided
+added the normal size blast door with double sides
