Slot reservation

Hi im wondering if someone know how some server can reach 33 or 34 players using slot reservation , exemple server is full with 32 players , i join but it dont kick anyone instead its 33 players.

32 players is the absolute max TF2 can handle, so the best you can do is 30 public slots and 2 reserved

Before the latest update, there was a sourcemod plugin/hack that would let you go up to 36 if i remember correctly, this hasn't been duplicated yet with the latest patch.
