A reskin of arena_offblast that sets it on a volcanic tropical island with a delipidated spytech base that contains a powerful generator that both teams want to harness for themselves

• Theres a opening in the geometry near blues spawn letting you get out of bounds
• You can place the teleporter throught this glass door on the dock letting you get out of bounds
• In the same area you can get on top of the beams and ceiling

Some how missed these last time :/ but they are super minor
Overall amazing map! super well done!

• Some of the terrain isn't connected correctly making it possible for players to get trapped/stuck in the cracks (more common when crouch walking over them)
• The skybox is a bit off making it so there's a giant hole in the ocean

Updated the look of the spytech area further alongside doing some particles for the map and adding in some fantastic new models by the lovely @Dee Kay

The map is near completion now anyways so will probably need to sit on this before releasing it to the Workshop. You know, Summer update and all.
