Pretty good, you can fix those "grainy" shadows: In SFM, right click on the viewport of the camera, and select Render Settings. When the menu pops up, on the Progressive Refinement, check all of the checkboxes, and change the dropdown menus all to full. Then on Ambient Occulsion, change the dropdown menu to AO Only.
There you go, you should have fixed those "grainy" shadows on players.
This is very nice indeed - well-composited, and i love the posing on the soldier and sniper. The scout and spy are a bit strange though - firstly the scout's face is hidden by his hat, which is a shame since you've posed the other faces well. In addition, both of them have their legs up very high - people tend not to bring their legs up so fast unless they're running super fast, in which case they'd be leaning further forwards.
