route_rear - Engineer's home but other mercenary ruin it with war

This is my first map i made, i somehow fix it so it's doesn't malfunction lol.

- Fixed BLU spawn's overlay.
- Fixed one of BLU spawn wall placed incorrectly.

- Fixed all leaks, now the map will do maximum performance without burning your device.
- Fixed patch not showing properly.

- Added more pickup
- Added more cover so sniper can't snipe you across the entire map
- Made easier to climb "the tower"
- Made one of BLU spawn door open and close fast as other spawn door
- Readjusted lighting color to made coordination easier

- Relocate "sandbag" haybale
- Turned down brightness to normal in BLU's "vent" route
