Replayer - A program converting .dem files into TF2 Replays

I know I already linked this in the "STV or Replay on our servers?" thread but I figured that it would get more exposure if I posted it in the TF2 section as well.

Hi, I recently was inspired by a friend to make a program that converts .dem files into replays that can be loaded into TF2.

Uh, I get an error about a missing .dll

You need Microsoft Direct X 9.0c to run this.

Wait, it doesn't work right in TF2

Well, tf2 doesn't like using the demo files, so its going to be glitchey. I'm still looking into this and there might be a fix.

it's alright. wont do firstperson or thirdperson view and you cant seem to move the camera aside from WASD..

Also I keep thinking it's a Realplayer plugin or something
