Randomized Lasers!

The lasers are now random as well as a new laser being added at the spawn door and the lasers around the control point being split as to not punish people for capping the point.

Made the layout less boring and Made the lasers more noticeable

Made the lasers go white before becoming deadly
Made the layout less symmetrical
Made the charge up and down sounds directional
Added 2 medium ammo packs to the upper floor
Made the mega laser appear quicker
Fixed lighting issues with the mega laser at the end
