[Prefab] Fire extinguisher - A functional fire extinguisher

Finally, it's real:

​

• Uses simple Vscript to extinguish player.
• Default delay is 10 seconds, if you want to change that, just modify the Delay Before Set on the func_button.
• When you damage the extinguisher, the sound only plays if there is a player inside the trigger, otherwise only particles show up.
