I've got our clan recruiting poster, one of my red/blue taunting posters and my personal favorite - a public service announcement. Unfortunately, it was only a matter of time before some idiots started posting porn shots on our server. Since we're a family oriented clan, we've banned the use of in-game grafitti. Shame that a few have to spoil the fun for the rest of us.

The one on the far right is priceless.

I think the middle is a fun idea, but I think you could do better in making it follow the graphic scheme of TF2. And I hope you have one for "BLUE TEAM IS DUM."

question lol: how do you make the images huge like that, just copy/paste?

Mine are 256x256 pixels and I use photobucket.com to host them (free image hosting). Then paste the IMG code into the body of the message thread.
