Plasma Effect?

I've seen it in a bunch of TF2 maps.

Walls of plasma, streams of plasma... but either I can't find the correct texture, or I'm applying it to the wrong type of brush.

I'll have to take some tonight. Offhand, lots of customs seem to use the effect as a forcefield - like the Rugby map. It's usually clear, with red plasma type swirls in it, and if I remember correctly, it swirls about... so it moves all "plasmatic-like".

There's a "junk" map (no offense to whomever crafted it, but it's basically a 'run around and do nothing' map) that uses the effect in a rave/party room area with some type of weird air lift (like an elevator). It's just rising, like a column, out of a CP that's just sitting there as an ornament.

i just saw what you're talking about in a pursoup map last night...

im trying to figure it out now as well...
