Did some smol changes

• Respawn for Red lowered, Blu increased
• Changed B, added some neat shack
• Added rollback at C
• Removed Reds forward spawn, now they spawn at the spawnroom near B
• BLU has an extra forward spawn after C
• some other tiny changes like healthkits
