pd_sus - An Among Us inspired game mode

After lots of hard work wrangling Source engine logic, I present to you Among Us, in Team Fortress 2! I'll be releasing a prefab shortly so be sure to let me know of any bugs or feature requests.

Note: This map requires `sv_allow_point_servercommand always` to function properly so it can enable `mp_friendlyfire 1`.
