pd_blockplaza - Player Destruction in bumper cars!

Not your typical player destruction map!

Knock your opponents out of the map! It doesn't matter how!
Knock them high, or just into a pit that has opened up!

More space!

There's more space now! Making it easier to turn onto the ramps.
The outer walls now start lowering after 30s, although very slowly.

Still trying to fix the HUD while in bumper cars.
Tried to add sound packed into the map but it's giving me too much of a headache to continue trying for now. Help with this aspect would be appreciated!
