Decompiled Hoodoo with bspsource, but Re-Compiling Auto-Exceeds Brush-Limit, & Propping only works in 40-Brush Chunks which wont Re-Synchronize Perfectly - although possible, may attempt later but busy with new maps.

-Some Health Upgrades, 1 Downgrade

-Stage 1: Upper-Ledge & Bridge Access, & New Upper-Corridor & Roof-Ledge Access
-Stage 2: Engineer Upper-Ledge Access, Wider Defense-Corner, Open Garage-Door

Can probably Pre-Release each Stage as individual Map, main Edit is 1st-Stage anyway.
Valve apparently has an Unlimited Compiler, so Final Release with their Approval, or theyll add any further changes.
