General:
Looked over all the pickup placements. (Whoops!)
Added some rollback zones, in particular before the last points.
Fixed various bugs and polished stuff.
Stage 1:
Moved 1b backwards into the previous area.
Tweaked 1b & 1c to be more defender friendly.
Added a small shortcut after 1a is capped.
Stage 2:
Changed the oil puddle temporarily from gas passer to jarate effect.
Made the leftmost blu route to the high room unable to be jumped out of.
Tried to implement some spots for engies to set up.
Prettied up the visuals after 2a is capped.
Moved the last point slightly further away.
Blocked a nasty sightline from A to Last's main defensive spot.
Stage 3: Closed off the ground level of the bridge from blue side entirely.
