Overclock - A 5cp map with a need of testing.

Overclock is a 5cp map based on 5gorge, I have optimized it a lot to try to make it run smoothly. It is in need of testing, I had to test with bots for a long while.

Note: Some stairs are not clipped, and some areas are not lit.

3rd Point:
Ramps added to Lower area
Less Cover on the Point
2nd Point:
Added Barriers to Point
Added Building to Side Flank
Added Stairs to Point
Added Clipping on Stairs around 1st to 2nd
1st Point:
Fixed Bug where Engineers can build in Spawn
