Thank you for sharing these, I was very stoked to see some of Turbine Center's assets here. However it seems something was forgotten in the download, as the zoo map is missing 3 textures:
MALL/CARPETFLOOR01C
MALL/WOODPANEL01A
MALL/OFFICETILE01B
On further inspection, it seems to be a naming error where mall/ should be replaced with office/ and the textures are simply named wrong in the zoo map.

What's this, an entire pack of high quality office assets? Awesome! This is like, the one thing I've been screaming this game needs almost as long as I've been playing it.

I would say, though, from looking at the zoo, that some of your LODs are a bit too aggressive. The small round ceiling lights and the plant pot especially. Actually while we're on the subject, I'm noticing that some of your props are missing LODs entirely. Like largeroundlight01 doesn't have them but largeroundlight02 does, for example.

(I like the Easter eggs in your bodypart labels by the way.)

The textures in this pack have no tags
I almost couldn't find them because they aren't tagged as "tf"
