od_waterpass - object destruction

layout inspired by my older map called cp_waterpass.
the capture zone and few details that will come later were a concept by player called "totenlis"

-fixed hud
-disabled shadows on fences.
-made the flag drop 0.01 sec after it explodes to avoid small bug.
