o7 - 7.2 Hour Maporooni

Points are much too close so probably not gonna play well at all, but it is at least functioning.

Definitely borked the respawntimes, should have been negative instead of positive additions. Messed it up in the rush I guess. Other than that I think I should reduce the last cap time and definitely move the blu spawn further away, possibly make a foreward spawn as well.

But can't edit till contest is over, oh well. Thanks to those that suffered through it.
