A mid-size map in a water filtering facility. Every once and a while, the middle will flood with or drain the water, along with the point.

-Downscaled the map to decrease the walking distance.
-Rearranged props
-Moved lower side building entrances
-Remade spawn

- Added a (placeholder) timer for point-move to mid and spawns (May become un-sync).
- Gave both teams an extra route to mid with cover.
- Gave more cover to the path towards the side buildings to mid.
- Added more health around the map
