If you mean "servers with no trade chat", there's a server plug-in floating around that allows you to hide most of it.

I meant servers that doesn't have this new market of items, only the items that were there before the mann-conomy patch. Meaning non of that micro-transactions stuff.

You're only gonna find vanilla servers or regular servers. I don't think server admins are gonna spend a lot of time banning just a few items and hats if they're not running a vanilla server.

Vanilla servers is the only ones that's close to what you want (which remove all items other than the stock items). Considering the vast majority of items are in the shop anyway, it's the only type that's fitting your definition in that post.
