No Vscript Folder?

Hi, I'm new to TF2 map making and I just wanna play around with vscript, however I can't find the vscript folder. I set my TF2 game to the vscript beta, but when I go to the tf folder, then the scripts folder, the vscript folder isn't there. Is there something I'm missing?

you need to create the vscripts folder yourself and the vscript beta is obsolete
