Im confused now, is the downloading picture not yours but the download? I mean these are two different pictures and one of them isnt that great - But if both are yours then wow, amazing work with the download picture, would have uploaded that instead of the real download (not that the real one is bad but the first picture has such a high quality)

I think the SFM is good but the heavies pose feels a little static, like he's just standing there.

I'd also suggest turning off Ambient Occlusion which would rid you of the black dots (and from my experience make FPS in SFM much better), but the Jam ended.
