I probably should have used a better name for this thread.
First problem I am having is with control points. They seem to capture too fast. I was told that "it is the way the map is designed". I'm talking about normal Valve maps where the capture point can be taken in only 2-3 seconds. Unless players are standing directly on the point to defend it, they can't stop the person capturing it even if they are only a few feet away. I may be a new server owner, but I'm not a new TF2 player. I know this is not the norm. Perhaps the radius for defending is too small as well?
I know I heard these things are supposed to be "built in" to the map, but I feel something is overriding them somehow. If someone would like to hop on my server and test it with me sometime, I'd appreciate it.
Second problem is an obvious bug/glitch. I've encountered it on a few other servers before. Sometimes you can't respawn. The timer resets when it gets to 0 and keeps counting back down over and over again. You have to change/re-pick your class to be able to respawn.
