Added:
- Small ramp on oppsite side of stage from mini-spawn, making it easier for Spies and Pyros to wreck shit on the Sniper balcony
- better lighting on Sniper balcony

- People kept complaining that I had the spawn door prop backwards. Me? I never thought the pulley side should be facing outward, so I made my own spawn doors. Awesomer too.
- Made the spawnboxes look more....... TF2ey.
- cap time is now 25s. Before it pretty much came down to who reached the cage first. Now it should prove to be much more of a free-for all, as intended.
