Need a good photoshopper

Basically I've felt left out with the recent ubercharged avatars, Its seems like almost everyone has a custom one that they made using photoshop or something else. So I was wondering if a good photoshopper could make a hypnotized version of the ubered pyro avatar I'm looking for that cartoon thing with the colored lines in it (if anyone here has played sam and max, THAT's what I'm talking about.)
