Navmesh editing quirks

Yo. Been cleaning up navmeshes, firstly for vanilla maps but now branching out to custom maps - I predominantly play with bots so I try to have them get stuck as little as possible. Fun to explore the cool stuff you guys make, as well as custom maps from years past. Some really cool hidden gems out there. Shout outs to Katsu for cataloguing them all.

Anyway, I don't know how deeply you guys get into making navmeshes for your maps but I was wondering if anyone knows why the "BLOCKED_UNTIL/AFTER_POINT_CAPTURE" attributes appear to ignore it when you specify a point. So if you tell it that an area should be blocked until 2nd point capture, it'll always be unblocked on the first point capture instead. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm just not doing it right, but some maps just don't play nice with bots because of this. Which is a shame.
