mvm bot not spawning

I want to make a mvm map and I'm making a test but my bots won't spawn the waves menu does work I put an image up here's what it says on the dev console:

you have no nav
nav_edit 1 and if there's no squares showing up, no nav

which means just use nav_generate to get a nav mesh
