A18 V4!

CHANGES FROM A18V3:

• There's actually a nobuild brush this time! I promise!
• Fixed issue with unuseable healthkits
• Made BLU's stage pyrotech a little more impressive
• Added fans in the bases that will impede opponents' escape when the flag is picked up
• Flag carriers are now Marked for Death

I tried.

I tried my absolute hardest.

The script that worked in vanilla TF2 to add a speed penalty to flag carriers apparently is not kosher in TF2C. So I tried the special TF2C convar mods. Those didn't work. I tried a vscript tailored exclusively for TF2C. That didn't work. I tried appliying TF CONDs. Those didn't work. My dudes, I tried every fucking method under the entire god damn sun to get flag carriers to slow the fuck down, and nothing worked. Then, the kid gloves came off. I was going to make it work, whether the game liked it or not.

These fans will activate when a team's flag is picked up, blowing every team except the team that owns the base backwards a bit, slowing them down to at least hopefully give the defenders a chance to catch them. And just to sweeten the deal for the defenders, flag carriers are given the Marked for Death condition too. So..... not really what I was hoping for, but hey, as long as I finally got something to work.
