Map.tf Server Error

I can not get into the maps.tf severs due to me not having the cp_glassworks, then i downloaded the cp_glassworks off of maps.tf and i tried again and it still did not work out.

Our servers run maps from the Steam workshop when they're not being used for testing. Instead of downloading the maps from this site or through the servers' FastDL, you need to let Steam download the map from the workshop (this is what happens during "Updating Steam Resources"). If it gets stuck at this step, make sure you have download restrictions turned off in your Steam settings.
