Map Maker Wanted

Hello everybody. My friend and i are starting a tf2 trading server. I started making a map a while ago but it was my first map and wasn't very good. It is a minecraft map with the plaza almost don't and the nether started but i am nowhere near capable of making what i want at my skill level. basically what i was hoping for this map is the main plaza where you spawn being relatively open and the skybox being viewed there as i started in the map above.All the textures in the skybox are out of proportion i know. anyway i want only the donators to be able to get in there somehow without no clip. the nether portal i couldn't get working but its pretty simple it teleports you to the nether which i want to be bigger than it is in my map.

One more realm i want in the map is the end. this is a pretty simple realm that doesn't need to be very big, the only thing i ask that is in this realm is the disco/dj room. i don't care how many songs are in it but i prefer that they be minecraft parodies or something along those lines.

the final thing I would like in the map are some random Easter eggs and hard to get into areas or things like that. such as a secret room or a house you have to go through many steps to get into. its totally up to you.

i know what i'm asking is a lot and i know it will take a long time. i have no time frame. you can take as long as you want and put as much detail in it as you want. Now for the payment, i don't have much to offer. I could give some in game tf2 items or permanent donator perks on the server but i assume you don't want those things. if it comes to you only wanting Money my partner and i can talk something over.

Ok i'm going to help analyse this:

I'm pretty sure this is impossible, the only way I can see it happening is forcing donors to be on team blu and non-doners to be on red, which even then looks like a difficult plugin.

" This is sharing and distribution of someone elses work which is a bit sketchy, mappers will be happy to do this as along as we have the rights to the song

People here will be more happy if something more "static' was put in place, like a set number of keys, or a game.

Personally more direction or a sketch or even a minecraft version of your map would help heaps.

You also didn't add your texture pack in the download, so we can't look over your map.

If I wasn't so busy, and These things were applied, I would probably jump on board and help you out, but these are some tips to gain more attention, the main problem is, this site is for more-serious mappers, and trade/minecraft maps aren't really worked on here, http://gamebanana.com/requests is alot more custom to do what you're asking.

Fanta, you can have donators be a special group of admins server side and then just allow them to use commands you want. I think Somethingweird just means he wants the skybox area to be walk-around-able so the donators with noclip can get there and mess around.

The rights for the song thing, I doubt Mojang will get on Somethingweird's-Trade-Server's case for using the song from their super popular game in a community-made map for another game. If it's a remix of a minecraft song then yeah I guess you would ask the author's permission beforehand.

idk if you have ever been on acefortress before it died but they had this little box where once you stepped on it it blew you to pieces if you weren't in god mode but if you were it teleported you to the skybox. idk how this is done but it is a good idea

Sourcemod can interact with map entities right? I'd just make a filter that only allows people (entity) named X to be teleported, and have the sourcemod donator plugin set the name of donating players.
