Manual Install of Boojum Snark's Resource Pack

Hi, I decided I want to try out making maps for TF2. Unfortunately, the tutorial playlist I found highly recommends a resource pack that currently requires a manual installation. I don't know how to install it properly though and would really appreciate some instruction on how to do so. Thank you.
