Logic for a new CTF Variant: Capture a Control point to access a teams intel!
Makes use of leezo's CTF-Style PD hud.

Thing's to note:

• Compilepal will NOT notice the custom .res file used, you must pack it manually with -include! It is used with the Robot Destruction logic as Player Destruction removes killfeed messages for picking up intel.

Radial updated Unlock The Flag Prefab with a new update entry:

Changelog:

• Changed name of gamemode to Unlock The Flag, to align with the existing gamemode listed on @Katsu! :3's document.
• Fixed some changed ctf mechanics that were incorrectly set, such as the total caps and crits on capture being changed.
• Replaced sound on intel unlock.
