All it is is a texture of 4 circles, one bright yellow, one dimmer yellow, and the other two dark. You can arrange them any way, the big square and smaller circle was just a demonstration.

ETA: in fact, this is what the first frame of the vtf looks like:

Just as long as you have multiples of 4 and know how to arrange/rotate/shift them, you can make them run around in any shape you need.

EDIT 2: Actually I suppose you don't absolutely HAVE to have them in multiples of 4, I guess you can put them any way you want, just as long as you know what circle is going to be what color and when
