Lighting and elevators

[Troublesome]

I have a elevator in my map and I cant seem to get the underside of it to light up at all.

Any ideas, heres a screenshot.

Probably the center of the brush is embedded in another brush. Lighting for a brush is determined by its center origin unless you mark its lighting origin. Try moving the center of the brush down a bit and see if your brush lights up.
