currently trying to delay the inevitable of trying to make the map bigger

changelog:

• blocked off a passage on both sides
• change how a passageway looked on both sides
• fixed some clipping issues
• made the map brighter in some places
• contemplated removing the bridge before deciding not too
• deleted a full health pack on the bridge
• changed the cap time on the point from 12 seconds to 6 seconds
• added another block light brush
• small detail adding and removal...

New Spawns

ChangeLog:

Finally changed the spawns on both sides of the map to make the map longer
Extended the height of some doors in the map
Gave all stairs in the map clip brushes and block bullet brushes
Added health and ammo on the cliff looking down at point
Added lights in the rooms that lead to the cliff
Made serveral lights brighter
made BLU's lights actually a little bit blue
