koth_midtown - a jam made under 72hrs

(this probably isnt rc cause i never playtested but whatever)

spider updated koth_midtown with a new update entry:

a2; rewind time

- fixed clipping issues
- made door trigger brushes larger
- made all small doors non-solid
- added extra space to the steps leading out of the spawn doors
- changed soundscapes
- changed skybox

didn't want to do much, i'll do more stuff later
