koth_joe_map_v1 - WIP koth map apposing quarries

This is early alpha I would like to add 2 stationary trains in the center of the map (consisting of a few freight cars and flat cars with some crates and barrels to make fights around the trains a little more difficult, as well as a train in motion like on cp_well on the center track that creates a risk vs reward scenario for the central large health pack
