koth_dungeon_b1 - A short surf section followed by a arena to fight over a control point

A short surf followed by an arena with a capture point in the middle. This map when It is finish is intended to be a surf map but I wanted to make sure the arena part is fun and enjoyable to play first before I start work on the surf.
