Welp, I made it better hopefully. Main changes: replaced meme spawns with a new side area, added jump pads, and reworked spawn.

A3 - Atomizer

Other than the new name, it's just a minor update, changed the ground of where the flag spawns to a tube, and detailed the nuclear plant a bit. Also improved jumpads.
