I cant open hammer

when i try to open hammer it says that a file is missing but i didnt even do anything

where are you trying to open it?
and are you trying to open normal hammer or hammer++?

i looked up a tutorial on how to get hammer from ueakcrash and after i wanted to open hammer it said "Execution of the code cannot continue because tier0.dll was not found. A new installation may solve the problem" and i was trying to open normal hammer
