How To Create Looping Taunts?

I know how to animate in SFM, I know how to export the taunt animation, but how would I create a taunt like the Rancho Relaxo, where it has an intro, a looping middle phase, and an outro that plays when you cancel the taunt. I've been reading a lot on ".qc" files (Valve Dev Community, and GameBanana), but I'm just really confused as to whether those files are for compiling models or are for animations/taunts. I've also been looking through the TF2 files to see if I can find the animations for the Rancho Relaxo, or the Bucking Bronco, but I cannot find them. If anyone has any experience on the subject, please let me know. Thanks.
